When registering an account on 77pu, Players must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including their full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and email address. In accordance with PAGCOR requirements and applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations, 77pu conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) verification for all player accounts. Players must submit government-issued identification documents and such other information as 77pu may reasonably request. Accounts that cannot be verified may have withdrawal access restricted until verification is successfully completed.
Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials, including their password and any two-factor authentication codes. 77pu will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized account access that results from a Player's failure to safeguard their login information. Player accounts are personal to the registered User and may not be sold, transferred, or assigned to any third party. Balances in a Player's 77pu wallet cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash by any means other than the official withdrawal process.
77pu currently accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (PayMaya), BPI online banking, BDO online banking, UnionBank, and USDT (TRC-20 network). All player deposits are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). 77pu does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, transaction fees imposed by the relevant payment service provider (e.g., GCash's own transfer fees) are the Player's responsibility.
The minimum deposit on the 77pu platform is ₱100 per transaction. Maximum deposit limits may apply per transaction and per day depending on the payment method selected and the Player's account verification status. Specific limits are displayed at the time of deposit.
Players must deposit only funds that legally belong to them. 77pu does not accept deposits made using funds obtained by illegal means. Deposits made using third-party payment accounts — GCash wallets, bank accounts, or Maya accounts not registered in the Player's name — are prohibited and may trigger account suspension and AML reporting.
GCash and Maya deposits are credited to the Player's 77pu wallet in real time upon confirmation from the payment provider. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business hour to credit during Philippine banking hours. If a deposit is not credited within the expected timeframe, Players should contact 77pu support with the transaction reference number.
Withdrawals are available to Players who have completed KYC verification. Unverified accounts may have withdrawal requests held pending completion of verification. 77pu is not liable for delays in withdrawal processing caused by a Player's failure to complete KYC requirements.
For verified accounts, GCash and Maya withdrawals are processed within fifteen (15) minutes of request under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO, UnionBank) are processed within one (1) to three (3) business hours during Philippine banking hours. Processing times may be extended during peak periods or in cases where additional verification is required.
77pu reserves the right to require that withdrawals be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, in compliance with anti-money laundering regulations. Players may only withdraw to payment accounts registered in their own name.
The minimum withdrawal amount on the 77pu platform is ₱200 per transaction. Withdrawal limits per transaction and per day apply and are displayed in the withdrawal section of the Player's account dashboard.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional rewards offered by 77pu are subject to specific terms and conditions including wagering requirements, game restrictions, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps. These specific terms are communicated at the time the bonus is offered and supplement these general Terms & Conditions.
Bonus funds must be wagered the number of times specified in the relevant promotion's terms before any winnings derived from those bonus funds may be withdrawn. Only real money wagers count toward clearing bonus wagering requirements unless otherwise stated. 77pu reserves the right to determine which games contribute to wagering requirements and at what percentage.

Any Player found to have engaged in bonus abuse will have their bonus and associated winnings forfeited, and their account may be permanently closed.

77pu reserves the right to suspend or permanently close a Player's account, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud or money laundering, bonus abuse, provision of false information, failure to complete KYC verification, or direction from PAGCOR or other competent authority. Where an account is closed due to Player misconduct, any bonus funds or winnings derived from prohibited conduct may be forfeited.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be referred to 77pu's customer support team for attempted resolution. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it may be escalated to PAGCOR through the applicable regulatory dispute resolution process. The parties agree that the courts of the Philippines shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute that requires judicial resolution.
